Indian Railways Announces Provisional Selection List CEN 01/2019

1. Candidate Shortlisting: The candidates listed below, in ascending roll number order (not merit order), have been provisionally selected for Part Panel-11 of Pay Level-5, Part Panel-08 of Pay Level-3, and Part Panel-10 of Pay Level-2 posts. This selection is based on Merit, Community, and Post Preference under CEN No. 01-2019.
2. Pending Cases: Some candidates’ post allocations may change post Document Verification (DV). Others face issues like incomplete Document/Biometric Verification or pending Medical Fitness reports, hence their results are withheld.
3. Tie-Breaking Criteria: In cases of identical scores, older candidates have higher merit. If ages are the same, alphabetical order of names (A to Z) is used to break the tie.
4. Provisional Nature: This is a Provisional Part Panel. Further candidate lists for Re-Document Verification and Medical Examination will be announced later.
5. Candidature Provisionality: All included candidates’ selections are provisional and can be canceled if any discrepancies or malpractice are discovered. Being listed does not guarantee a railway appointment.
6. Errors and Omissions: While utmost care has been taken in preparing this panel, RRB reserves the right to correct any errors or typographical mistakes.
7. Forwarding and Verification: Names are forwarded to Principal Chief Personnel Officers of North Central Railway (Prayagraj) and Northern Railway (New Delhi). They will handle further appointment procedures, verifying eligibility criteria like original/current certificates of qualifications, date of birth, caste, character antecedents, and affidavits. Candidates will individually be informed and must provide affidavits confirming the genuineness and validity of their Degree/Diploma and Caste certificates.
