1. Educational Qualification:
   • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology.
   • If the candidate has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology, a First Class or equivalent is required at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
2. Age Limit:
   • Not exceeding 35 years as on 12.07.2024.
   • Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh norms.

1. One-Time Registration (OTR):
   • Candidates must register for OTR before filling the online application form.
   • Those already registered can directly log in to fill the form using their existing user ID and password.
