SSC CGL 2024: Official Notification Released, Online Apply link, Key Date, Vacancy Details, Salary, Eligibility Criteria

Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)

1. Visit the new SSC Headquarter website: https://ssc.gov.in.
2. Generate a One-Time Registration (OTR) if you haven’t already done so on the new website. Note that OTRs from the old website (https://ssc.nic.in) are not valid.

Step 2: Prepare for Photograph Capture

1. Find a place with good lighting and a plain background.
2. Ensure your camera is at eye level.
3. Position yourself directly in front of the camera and look straight ahead.
4. Ensure your face is fully inside the red rectangular area on the screen. Do not wear a cap, mask, or glasses.

Step 3: Fill and Submit Application Form

1. Once OTR is generated, proceed to fill out the application form for the examination.
2. Capture and upload a clear photograph as per the instructions provided. The photograph must be taken live and not be a pre-existing one.
3. Upload your scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format (10 to 20 KB) with dimensions 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).

Step 4: Final Submission

1. Ensure the uploaded photograph and signature meet the specified requirements.
2. Submit your application form before the deadline: 24-07-2024 (23:00).
3. It is recommended to submit your application well before the closing date to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
