Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, confirms his return as Luke Hobbs in the upcoming Fast & Furious film

He teased an epic clash between Hobbs and Jason Momoa's character, Dante, likening it to his iconic WrestleMania battles.
Rather than a "Hobbs & Shaw" sequel, Johnson will explore Hobbs' story further in this new installment.
Johnson first appeared as Hobbs in 2011's "Fast Five" and went on to star in five subsequent films in the franchise
In 2021, Johnson announced that he would not be returning to the Fast & Furious series after the "Hobbs & Shaw" spinoff
Despite this, Vin Diesel publicly appealed for Johnson's return to the franchise.
Johnson addressed his relationship with Diesel, stating that despite past differences, they have been like brothers for years.
Both actors are focused on resolving conflicts and working on bigger projects together.
